2 Balance Cover Snaps into the main frame at jambs (single hung) or head/sill (slider) to provide a latch point for the tilt latches, as well as to conceal the balance system (single hung). 5 Constant Force Flared Pivot Bar Pivots in constant force pivot shoe while anchored to sash (flared end prevents bar from pulling out of shoe).
