Applicability: This publication applies to all members of the TXSG Air Division. Supplementation: Supplementing this regulation is prohibited. Suggested Improvements: Headquarters, Air Division, Texas State Guard is the proponent agency for this publication. Users are invited to send comments and suggested improvements to the Texas State Guard Air Division., P.O. Box 5218, Austin, Texas Air Division Uniforms Informational Guide PREFACE This guide describes the various Texas State Guard Air Division uniform items and how they will be worn. Instructions for wear of the uniform are listed in Air Force Instruction , Dress and Personal Appearance of Air Force Personnel. This booklet is not intended to take the place of the governing directive but rather to complement it as a quick reference guide to the wear of the uniform. In those instances where, due to changes, instructions herein conflict with AFI , the regulation takes precedence. This booklet outlines those items that are mandatory for wear with each uniform combination as well as those items that are optional. If a particular uniform item is not listed as either a mandatory or an optional component, it is not authorized to be worn with that combination. Exceptions authorized by the Air Division Commander for specific groups, e.g., Honor Guard, are not addressed. See Commander s Directives for additional guidance. At no time will a current or former member of the Texas State Guard Air Division wear a Texas State Guard uniform out of the State of Texas. There are no exceptions to this policy. Questions concerning this policy should be addressed to Headquarters Texas State Guard, ATTN: TXSG-Air Division/CC. 1
