If you are not ordering complete section 2YB only on page3a. How To Place Your Order 1. Please print all forms by clicking on the red senior pricelist download link. 2. Review the pricelist (pg. 2) and select a package. You must start with a package before you can purchase any add ons, special items, collages or plaques. 3. Complete form 3a senior portrait order form. Section 1 is where you make your package selection and additional items. Listing the quantity and monetary amount. Section 2 is to specify your yearbook selection on line 1. Then continue by listing any other images you are ordering on. List the number of sheets under the corresponding size for that image. Page 3b and 4 are only used if you are ordering inscription, a composite or a fusion. 4. Be sure to complete all student information using the students legal name. No nick names please. 5. Retouching is at the discretion of Milan Rose. If you have something very specific, please write it down! Don t hesitate to call and discuss your retouching concerns with us!
