3 QUICK CLICK EMBROIDERY PROGRAM Here's How to Order Embroidery: Lead time for embroidered items is approximately two weeks from date of artwork approval. Embroidered items are not returnable. To order embroidery use the red ASYS numbers US FOODS submits order through Virtual System. Make sure the ASYS number you enter is from the embroidery/red column. CUSTOMER goes to and enters their contact information and follows the directions to: 1. Upload art 2. Enter text information 3. Enter color (Be as specific as possible, i.e. mauve, kelly green, etc.) Customer will not need a PO# for this process. They can enter n/a or use the US FOODS PO in the designated column. Customer service from JRC Ritz Foodservice will match the art with the PO via the customer's name and address. Customer service sends artwork approval request to the customer's address provided in step 4. Customer replies to as approval or advises of any changes to ritzfoodservice@johnritz.net. Items are embroidered and shipped. IMPORTANT! Have the operator/customer go to not the buyer. It is their name and logo therefore they need to approve all art and text.
