2 Merchandise Trade-In Program PROGRAM OVERVIEW Start collecting your Tesoro, Western Refining and NTI gear! Andeavor employees will have a one-time opportunity during the second quarter to trade in personal items from legacy companies in exchange for points towards new Andeavor merchandise. The Merchandise Trade-In Program provides a unique opportunity to respectfully retire legacy company merchandise while celebrating our future as Andeavor. Participation is voluntary, and items traded in will be donated to communities in need overseas (apparel and fabric, such as bags) or responsibly recycled (hard goods, including electronics and plastics). HOW IT WORKS Collection On Trade-In days, bring your Tesoro, Western Refining and NTI-branded items to the designated Trade-In area. Trade-In volunteers will be on hand to collect merchandise and allocate point values. In exchange, you ll receive a Trade-In card containing your total point allocation and the web address where you can place new merchandise orders. Selection Employees will have the opportunity to order new Andeavor gear during a two-week window after Trade-In days to allow for cost and efficient fulfillment. Distribution New merchandise will arrive at sites approximately five weeks after the two-week order window closes. Merchandise pick-up days will be scheduled once the new merchandise is in transit for quick and convenient pick-up by participants. Check out the Quick Grab merchandise items valued at 500 points each.
