13 PRINTING OPTIONS When it comes to adding your brand message, we offer you four different printing methods to choose from. But not for every glove. Each glove material calls for a different method of applying your logo or artwork. So, if you ve already chosen the glove you want, you ll know which printing methods are available based on the information provided in that product chart. On the other hand, if you see a particular printing method you want to use, look through the product charts to find a glove that accommodates that method. Imprint Colors Include: WHITE BROWN YELLOW NAVY ROYAL GREY GREEN FOREST ORANGE RED THERMAL TRANSFER PAD PRINT BRANDING SCREEN PRINT FAN FUN ART Thermal Transfer Your artwork is printed onto transfer paper and then sealed to the product with heat. This method gives you the option of using 4 colors or even more in your design. Available with knit, fleece and mechanics gloves. Pad Print This method uses ink to print your artwork onto fabrics like cotton canvas, leather and fine/tight knits. We can print up to 4 colors in your design, but the individual colors cannot butt up against each other. The print area on pad prints is 2.5 square. Branding Used for leather gloves, your artwork will look like it was applied with a branding iron. Actually, the image is debossed onto the surface. This requires black and white artwork with no shading or overshadowing. For branding, the print area is 2.25 square. Screen Printing One of the most popular printing methods, we transfer your artwork onto the product through a patterned screen in PVC. For knit gloves: 2 3/4 print area; choose 1 or 2 colors; individual colors cannot touch. Mechanics gloves: 2 1/2 print area; 1 color only. Fan Fun Art What are you a fan of?
