5 Terms and Conditions 1. Orders may be placed over the phone, by , through our website, or by appointment in our showroom. 2. All Rentals and or Decor are RESERVED with a completed worksheet and when a booking deposit of 25% has been received. 3. Customer(s) take responsibility for rentals and/or decor from the time it is delivered or setup until the time of pickup, teardown or drop off at our location. Damage, breakage, and missing items will be charged for replacement cost. All packing, boxes, totes, crates, and hangers must be returned. 4. Final numbers are due 14 days before the event date. Customers will be billed for these quantities. 5. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date unless exceptions have been pre-arranged with Memorable Designs. 6. Delivery is not included is listed prices unless noted. All rentals are to be picked and dropped off at our showroom location in Chesley. Delivery charges apply otherwise. 7. Basic setup & teardown is defined as: within 25kms of Chesley and within daytime hours of 9am to 5pm. Outside of these parameters additional charges will apply. After hours, late night teardowns at 1am will have a $150 charge applied. 8.Delivery, pickup, setup and teardown times will be set in cooperation with the renter, venue, and Memorable Designs. 9. Payment methods - we accept cash, cheque or certified cheque, visa, MasterCard, interact, or transfer. 10. Rental period is 24 hrs unless arranged. All rentals MUST BE RETURNED BY NOON ON MONDAY. We reserve the right to keep a valid credit card on file for damages or lost items. Frequently Asked Questions Do I have to wash the linens?...no. Just shake them out and load into the laundry bags provided. What do I do with the dishes and after we're done with them?...simply scrap and rinse, and place back in the crates. We'll do the dirty work! Do I wash the glasses?...just empty the glasses, sort into their compatible crates and we'll get them sparkly...we've seen most stains and we're pros at getting them clean. But there are a few things where we can't work miracles. Permanent marker, pen ink, excessive wax, burn marks, mildew. Please be careful. After the party what do we do?...please remove linens from tables and load into linen bags and box and crate up all rentals.
