2 Below is the Uniform design and body measurement chart that needs to be completed for the ordering process. ORDERING UNIFORMS The Housekeeping manager must get measurements of all the staff. Please print relevant pages in accordance to the number of staff available and fill in accordingly. (Ensure that its one staff per page) Please ensure you complete each of the body measurement sections with the correct details. (All measurements should be in inches) Once completed please send the filled Uniform order form to the International Service Center by . RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENTS Housekeeping (Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor gets measurement of all the staff. All uniform orders should be approved by the HR (Manager/ Supervisor). Once the order is placed the production of the uniforms will take 21 days.
3 PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND UNIFORM POLICY To comply with the Swiss International Hotels & Resorts grooming expectations, all staff shall maintain a very high standard of personal appearance and shall adhere to the uniform regulations as detailed below. Shoes: Elegant black coloured shoes must be worn with the uniform. Shoes must be polished and kept in a good condition at all times (the staff is required to purchase shoes on their own account): Black leather Oxford shoes are recommended for Gentlemen (to be worn with dark plain coloured socks black/navy blue) Black leather Court shoes are recommended for Ladies (if wearing a skirt or trousers, then shoes must be worn with neutral colour stockings) Belts: Black belts with small and discreet buckles should be worn by gentlemen as part of the uniform (the staff is required to purchase belts on their own account). Winter uniforms are for Temperate climates and Summer Uniforms for Tropical climates.
