The heat of the stones penetrates further than hands alone, relieving aching muscles and joints even more. 10 Terms and Conditions We wish you a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable time at The Vineyard Spa. We kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions below in advance of your arrival. Beauty Treatments lease note a full cancellation charge will apply if treatments are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to treatment time All treatments are subject to availability at the time of booking. To avoid disappointment, we advise booking all treatments in advance lease advise the spa therapist or receptionist when booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies or have any medical condition The spa has the right to decline, or will offer an alternative treatment if the therapist feels it is necessary lease arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving after the start of your treatment time will mean that your treatment time will be reduced and the full treatment cost will still apply. If there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment our cancellation policy will apply All treatments times include consultation times Treatments available from 16 to 18 years with parental or guardian s consent. Access to the Spa We are a boutique spa spread over two floors, situated in a quiet spot at the back of the hotel. The Spa can be accessed from the ground floor of the hotel.
