When you first login, you will be assigned an initial password based on your Arbonne ID and PIN. The format for your initial password is your CID@NewPIN. For example, if your CID is and your PIN is 4321, your initial password would be @New4321. You may later change the password in your Consultant Profile, if you prefer. Address As part of our ongoing quest to provide world-class customer service, we are requesting all Arbonne Independent Consultants to provide us with a unique address with which to contact you. So, if you have relied on your upline to receive all your Arbonne s in the past, you ll no longer be able to do that. Be sure to provide us with your own address in your Consultant Profile as soon as possible. Internet Browser Because we re switching to a new and enhanced Web platform using the latest technology, we recommend you upgrade your Web browser so you can experience the new Arbonne Web site with all its features. We will provide you with easy-to-use links on our Web site to help you through the download process. New Web Address The URL/Web address of Arbonne will change, depending on which country you are accessing it from. If you are in the UK, the new Web address will be uk.arbonne.com; for Canada, it will be ca.arbonne.com; for the U.S., it will be us.arbonne.com; and for Australia, it will be au.arbonne.com. Please update your shortcuts or favourites with the correct address. However, you will automatically be redirected to the correct address if you type in arbonne.com in the address bar of your browser. 3

This one-day event will be hosted by ENVP Gordon Fraser and NVP Iain Pritchard. Rita will be sharing her wonderfully inspirational and motivational stories at a specially organised Opportunity meeting. You also will have the opportunity to hear from ENVP Sue Cassidy, as she will share all about her fantastic journey that is sure to inspire you.
