3 COMPANY OVERVIEW Prem Henna, as the name suggest The Love For Henna started in the 1930 s with the cultivation of Henna at Sojat in Rajasthan. Taking this love forward the company commercially established itself in 1988 with a vision to streamline the orthodox Mehendi business & manufacture superior quality natural henna based products. Keeping the vision in mind it pioneered the Mehendi Cone concept, simplifying it s application & trade. In 2004 the Company started it s pan India operations with a range of pure henna powder, Mehendi cone & Henna powder based hair color under different brand names: Prem Dulhan, Nisha & Kaveri. Taking it s stride forward in the Hair color industry, the company launched it s new hair color products Nisha Crème Hair Color, Nisha Color Sure & Nisha Quick Color. With the outgrowing demand for new products the company set forth with launching a new set of product range which comprised of products like shampoos, hair removal creams & professional quality hair colors. With its new brand as elois, Velnik & enega. With the range of products under it s wing & a sound infrastructure of four well equipped manufacturing units and a highly motivated management, the company has become one of the leading manufacturer of hair care products.
