THE GOODS WHICH ARE SOLD UNDER THIS SCHEME ARE SKIN CARE AND COLOUR COSMETICS PRODUCED OR SUPPLIED BY ARBONNE AND SUCH OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES AS ARBONNE MAY MARKET FROM TIME TO TIME. As of December 1, 2011, the following amendments will be effective to the Arbonne SuccessPlan and Policies & Procedures manual (the SuccessPlan ) and replace in their entirety the sections referenced below. Register Purchase the Arbonne Independent Consultant Starter Kit, complete the Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement form and receive the Arbonne Independent Consultant Starter Kit. Earn Demonstrate BOTH of the following business-building behaviors in two of three consecutive months: 1. Accumulate at least 150 PQV. 2. Sponsor two or more new Preferred Clients or Consultants who also accumulate 150 PQV each in their Start Month. Upgrade Preferred Clients may purchase the Arbonne Independent Consultant Starter Kit for a reduced price available only to Preferred Clients and receive a status upgrade. This will result in a change in the individual s rank from Preferred Client to Consultant as of the date of payment. SuccessPlan Maintenance Requirements Consultant A Consultant must have a minimum of 1,200 PQV in a rolling 12-month period to remain at Consultant rank (the 12 in 12 Requirement ). If the Consultant fails to meet this requirement in any 12-month period, Arbonne will assign the Consultant to Preferred Client status provided he or she has paid the Annual Renewal Fee within the last 12 months. Consultants sponsored on or before January 31, 2009, will maintain Consultant rank and are not required to meet the above activity requirements necessary to maintain Consultant rank, provided they renew their Agreement and pay the Annual Renewal Fee. Arbonne Independent Consultant Annual Renewal The term of the Agreement is one year. In order to remain a registered Arbonne Independent Consultant (including Preferred Client), each Arbonne Independent Consultant must renew his or her Arbonne affiliation every year prior to the end of his or her anniversary month by submitting the Annual Renewal Fee to Arbonne. This Renewal Fee helps to defray the company expense of administrative tracking, monthly updates, publications and other information designed to assist in the building of an Arbonne Independent Consultant s business. Arbonne Independent Consultants that achieve 150 PQV in their Renewal Month and pay the Annual Renewal Fee will receive a product in addition to their continuing benefits. Consultants sponsored on or before January 31, 2009, must renew their Agreement and pay the Annual Renewal Fee in order to maintain Consultant rank without the maintenance activity requirements set forth above. 8DEC. 2011
