15 QIVY SPA Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and packages. Arrivals First-time clients should arrive fifteen minutes before their appointment to fill in a detailed SPA consultation as well as to enjoy a quick tour of the facilities. We regret that late arrivals will not receive a discount or extension to their treatment time unless our schedule permits. Medical Conditions If you have undergone a surgery in the last six months, suffer from any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant please advise us when booking your SPA treatment so that our therapists will guide you to ensure that your experience suits and compliments your physical conditions. SPA Attire Bathrobes are provided to every client that is going to do a SPA day in our premises. Kindly wear the robes while in the chill out room and in the corridors. During the treatments you may wish to wear your own underwear or we can provide you with disposable briefs. The therapist will ensure that the client s privacy is ensured and respected during the treatments using draping techniques. The management accepts no responsibilities for the loss of money or any valuables brought onto the SPA premises. SPA Rules For total relaxation we recommend that all mobile phones should be switched to silent. We also ask you to keep silence throughout the SPA. Young children are not allowed in the SPA area due to health and safety reasons. Minors below eighteen must be accompanied by an adult or else present a signed consent form. Any damaged or broken items must be paid for. Cancellations Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. To book in a SPA day a 50% deposit is required. In case of cancellation the amount is not refundable.
