Guidance about which services, products and accessories we offer that will enhance not just your sense of style, but your lifestyle. A personalized recommendation for beauty and wellness products that maximize and maintain the results of this visit straight through to the next. It s our Client s Right to Know Guarantee, one we consider a privilege to uphold. SAFETY FIRST We sterilize your implements with the same medical grade autoclave sterilization systems found in hospital operating rooms. Also, for your safety manicuring files and buffers are exclusively for your use only. PROFESSIONAL ETHICS We realize that a change in techniques from time to time is refreshing. Please do not assume that an artist s feelings will be hurt if you decide to change technicians. We work as a team! CANCELLATION POLICY In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request you do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the cost of the service cancelled. We require a valid credit card at time of reservation. Group bookings have other requirements. REFUND POLICY We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund (receipt required) within 30 days of purchase. Cash purchases will be refunded by a mailed check. Wigs, brushes, appliances, opened and/or used items are final sale. OUR LEVEL SYSTEM Our staff works on a European Level System which measures experience and years of dedication. Those at higher levels are more often educators and lecturers that have established a high client demand. This encourages stability and allows our employees to grow and prosper based on years of loyalty and dedication to their profession and clients. We provide artists and wellness specialists at every level to best suit the needs of our clients. CHILDREN S POLICY Children under 10 are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. Hair services for children up to age 13 are offered at The Studio. Any child under the age of 18 receiving a spa service must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. 3

3 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS DO I NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT? For the optimum experience we suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Arriving late will decrease your relaxation time and overall effectiveness of your treatment (waxing and salon services excluded). All spa appointments begin 10 minutes after scheduled time. WHERE DO I KEEP MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS? Our changing areas are equipped with lockers and keys. You may keep all personal belongings in a locker and take the key with you to the treatment room. Simply return your key to the locker when you re done. We request that you please leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To ensure a peaceful visit, mobile devices are not permitted in the spa. Checking texts and s does not promote a relaxing environment. HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY WAXING? For optimal results, we recommend that you do not shave the area that you want to wax for at least three weeks prior to service. Be advised that we need to know if you are using any products from a dermatologist, such as Retin-A, Differin, Accutane or Glycolic products. DePasquale does not recommend that you have any waxing services if you are using these products. However, tweezing and threading are available service alternatives. ARE REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS? DePasquale has a full-service cappuccino bar where clients can enjoy cappuccino, espresso, coffee, herbal teas, juices and mineral water as well as fruit, finger sandwiches and other snacks with our compliments. HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SPA SERVICES? Most treatments are performed without clothing. Our therapists will drape your body with linens so that you never feel exposed. Our locker rooms provide an array of amenities including robes, slippers, and disposable undergarments. However, the choice is yours. Wearing undergarments is perfectly acceptable if it makes you feel more comfortable. WHAT ABOUT GRATUITIES? Any gratuity a client leaves is greatly appreciated. Envelopes are provided for gratuities and an ATM is provided in the salon for your convenience. Gift Cards are redeemable for services and merchandise only and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. CAN I BRING A GROUP FOR A DAY AT THE SPA? A day at DePasquale The Spa is the perfect way to let go while living it up in grand style. Whether it s an escape for a day with friends, wedding shower, bachelorette party, bridal party or corporate event in salon or at your location, we can help. Please speak to our Event Concierge for more information. WHAT IS LUXE REWARDS? The DePasquale Luxe Rewards Program was created to show our appreciation to our guests. Rewards members earn valuable points for every dollar spent to be used in our retail department, while Elite members earn double points for every dollar spent that can be applied towards their retail and service purchases.
