3 Urban Serenity and Elegance are a professional beauty and hair salon based within Bournville College, offering a wide range of beauty and hairdressing treatments. Our aim is to provide you with the opportunity to experience serenity. The salons are maintained by a highly skilled salon manager working with therapists and stylists who have a wealth of experience within the beauty and hairdressing industry. All therapists and stylists in the salon undergo a rigorous learning process, therefore ensuring that they can provide clients with the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. Our salons can cater for group bookings offering pampering packages for any special occasion. The salons also offer a loyalty scheme ensuring that our regular clients not only receive the best value for money but are also rewarded for their contribution to the growth and success of Urban Serenity and Elegance. Very occasionally, you may have a medical condition that could prevent you from having the treatment of your choice. You will be asked to complete a consultation form in order for us to make an appropriate recommendation. Your therapist and stylist will gladly advise you on which treatments may suit your needs best. Treatments for under sixteens are limited, please enquire for further information.
