9 Spa Hours & Guidelines Spa appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Holiday and summer hours may vary. Advance reservations for all treatments can be made by calling The Day Spa at or the Concierge desk at If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests, our therapists and technicians, please advise us four (4) hours in advance to avoid being charged for the scheduled service. This can be done by calling the front desk at Our No Show policy will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment. In appreciation of outstanding services, gratuities may be given to the therapists at your discretion.
