7 HOW TO RECEIVE FULL BENEFITS OF TOKORIKI RETREAT SPA TREATMENTS RESERVATIONS Reservaons on day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome. We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservaons must be secured with a major credit card and telephone/room number. To make a reservaon, please book through the Concierge Department or visit us directly. SPA HOURS OF OPERATION Daily from 8.00am pm. First service to begin at 8.15 am and last 60 minutes service will begin at 5.00pm. Sheraton Fitness is open 24 hours daily and is accessible by guestroom key or complimentary for the day with a spa reservaon. Spa hours of operaon are subject to change. HEALTH CONCERNS Please inform our Spa Experience Consultant of any health issues. If you are pregnant, have cancer or other significant health concerns, this informaon will help us properly advise you of the best service you can receive. CANCELLATION POLICY We require six hours noce for changes, rescheduling or cancellaons for our a la carte services and a 24 hour noce for services that are part of the package. The full price of your service(s) will be charged for all late cancellaons, rescheduling or no shows. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests. SERVICE CHARGE AND GRATUITIES All prices are exclusive of 20% VAT and Service Turnover Tax, and are subject to change without nofication. No other fee or charge is a p, gratuity or service charge for any employee. Addional gratuies may be given at your discreon for exceponal service. SHOWER A quick shower just before your massage or treatment is relaxing and washes off any salts, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with oils or other treatment products. We require spa guests enjoying the whirlpool to shower before use. Your therapist will usher you to your treatment bure (room). TAKE TIME Give yourself plenty of me to enjoy the steam or whirlpool prior to your services. This will relax and warm the muscles, aiding in the therapeuc benefits of all treatments and services. We suggest arriving minutes prior to your first service. Respect yourself and others by turning off communicaon devices prior to entering the spa, locker rooms and treatment areas. All personal belongings should be locked in your hotel room safe as the spa will not take responsibility for misplaced or lost items. TREATMENT ATTIRE Unless the service descripon specifies otherwise, it is usually customary to wear just your robe to your service. You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. Throughout your services, your body will be draped with linens for modesty. At no me during your treatment will you be fully exposed. COMMUNICATION Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communicaon is the key to ge7ng the full benefit from your Tokoriki Retreat Spa experience. AGE REQUIREMENTS Guests of the Tokoriki Retreat Spa must be at least 16 years of age for the use of the locker rooms, fitness facilies and spa treatments. A parent or guardian will need to be present when minors between receive services or use the amenies. Salon treatments are available for guests under 16 with parental supervision. PERSONAL VALUABLES We request that all valuables must be stored in your guestroom prior to arrival at the Spa. The Sheraton Fiji Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island and the Tokoriki Retreat Spa will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
