8 SPA LOCATION We are conveniently situated at the bottom of the King Street car park overlooking Knutsford Moor and Mere in the centre of Knutsford. OPENING HOURS The Knutsford Medi and Beauty Spa is open on Monday to Saturday from 9am. Offering two late evenings on Tuesday and Thursday until 8pm OUR FACILITIES The dressing room has lockers which contain sumptuous gowns should you wish to change for your time in the spa. Our luxurious lounge has comfy sofas and chairs and provides the perfect place to simply unwind or meet with your friends during or after treatment. Two of our treatment rooms have showers for use during treatments and a hair dryer is available with complimentary hairstyling products. (Please bring personal hairbrushes.) THE NAIL ROOM The nail room is a sociable spa area where many guests meet while enjoying a manicure or pedicure and guests are welcome to visit the make up bar situated here. RECEPTION AND SHOP Our beautiful reception welcomes our guests and a full stock of all our products are available to purchase here. ADMINISTRATION We are proud to use a network of computers in all treatment rooms so that therapists can record treatments and ensure continuity for our guests. We will provide aftercare instructions and advice sheets where applicable. YOUR SPA JOURNEY On arrival you will be welcomed by the spa receptionist who will arrange for you to change into spa slippers for your visit, she will show you to the waiting room where your therapist will introduce herself. YOUR TREATMENT TIME We recommend you arrive in the spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you have time to change and use the facilities. ONLY BRING WHAT YOU NEED While we have lockers for your personal belongings, we recommend that you leave valuables at home. The spa cannot be held responsible for items accidently left in robe pockets or lockers. CANCELLATION NOTICE In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. MINIMUM AGE To book for a private treatment you must be a minimum of 16 years old. Anyone under 16 can have spa treatment if accompanied by a guardian for the duration of the treatment. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY We pride ourselves on enriching the lives of all our guests with premium treatments that relax and nurture wellness to a high level. Whether we exceed or fall short of your expectations we would appreciate your comments and would encourage you to speak with our spa manager with any concerns. Your therapist will be happy to recommend a home care regime to continue your treatment at home.
