14 SPA etiquette (House rules for visitors) You are welcome to book your appointment and procedures by phone or at the reception desk. If you cannot attend the procedure at your reserved time for some reason, please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. When booking your procedures you can also indicate your preferred specialist. If you have a preferred specialist, please indicate this when booking your procedures. It is recommended that you arrive at the centre minutes before your appointment, to be sure that there is enough time to prepare and change your clothing..keep in mind that for the benefit of all our clients, any delay on your part may result in an adjustment of the timing of your procedures. A significant number of procedures involve showering beforehand. Clients should shower and change into the provided gown, slippers and disposable underwear. Ladies are advised to remove make-up, and men should not shave less than 3 hours before undergoing facial treatments. Please, keep in mind, to remove ornaments and watches before the procedure. The administration is not responsible for items left in dressing gowns, on the dressing tables of the treatment rooms and in places of general use. The administration is not responsible for valuables left inside lockers. To maintain a relaxing environment, please avoid loud conversations and the use of mobile phones. Smoking in our centre is prohibited. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Tipping of your specialists remains at the discretion of the Client.
