2 The Company Vitawell Medi-Centre is a Limited Company that was established in 2015 by its Founder, Debbie Ash and Investor Debbie Read. Vitawell is based in Billericay, Essex with satellite clinics in South Woodham Ferrers Chelmsford, Essex. Its core services are in Health, Wellness and Anti-Ageing. 3 The professional channel Vitawell Hair Systems therapist Debbie Ash is fully trained in aesthetic hair systems with Hair4All and has over 15 years of Hair System experience. Debbie is currently taking a foundation course in Nutrition and herself suffers from Androgenetic Alopecia which she specialises in by providing hair systems for suffers of her condition. Debbie Read is an investor and internal therapist covering Medical Aesthetics, Exercise and Fitness and holds a 3d Lipomed certification in Medical Aesthetic Liposuction, RSA I, II and III qualifications in Exercise to Music, Fitness and Gym Instruction and BSc Level 5 in Sports, Science and Physiology. Medical Testing at Vitawell is overseen by its lead Clinical Nurse in association with the partnered Laboratory to Vitawell, Regenerus based in Surrey. We in return assure you: Vitawell Total Hair Systems are only sold through professional channels using ethically farmed hair Our fully trained therapist will fit the system Vitawell only specialises in Custom Hair Replacement for Men and Women as an Affiliate Partner to Hair4All Every hair system is hand made to fit each patient to their exact requirements Custom hair systems are produced using the patient s own Hair Samples and a Template of the area that requires hair replacement The hair system Vitawell offers patients various types of hair depending on the sample of their own hair which will determine which hair type is best suited to use. We match the patients hair sample exactly to ensure the hair replacement integrates with the patients own natural hair. We specialise in European unprocessed and Remi hair, processed, semi-processed and unprocessed hair types as they offer the best quality, colour retention and natural movement. We do offer other various hair types if required which are graded in accordance with suitability to the patients own hair. 4

5 Vitawell only uses ethically farmed European hair through its affiliate partner, Hair4All. We always understand the patients own hair before we make any recommendation as this affects the overall quality of the hair system to be fitted. Each hair system can be treated as the patients own hair once fitted, it can be washed, dried, styled and have products used on it as normal. The system lasts for 6 months and it is recommended that patients order a new system one month before their hair system life expectancy date as each system is hand-made and can take up to 12 weeks to be completed. The patient Alopecia Vitawell specialises in providing hair systems for sufferers of Alopecia Areata (AA), Alopecia Totalis (AT), Scarring Alopecias (Cicatricial Alopecias), Traction Alopecia, Anagen Effluvium and temporary Telogen Effluvium. Chemotherapy and Radiation Vitawell provides hair systems for Chemotherapy patients who are undergoing treatment and suffering with subsequent hair loss. Whilst this is generally a temporary hair system until the patients own hair regrows, it can provide great relief to patients suffering partial or full hair loss and throughout the regrowth period. Vitawell also provide hair systems for Radiation patients where high doses of radiation have caused permanent hair loss providing the patients skin is not sensitive during and after treatment as the hair system could irritate the scalp in these instances. 5
