Prepare for the next class as soon as you get home, Wipe down mirrors/ cases, put in new clear tray insert, replenish profile cards, sales tickets, beauty books, pens, headbands, look books, and hostess/recruiter packets, also make sure you wash all foundation brushes! Don t store them until completely dry, lay flat on a towel overnight until dry. Enter all Customer profile and sales ticket information. File 1 carbon copy sales ticket in the month of the sale in a Jan-Dec Folder, and the other (COLORED COPY) stapled to the customer profile card in A-Z folders, for the customers last name. Always keep sales tickets in order and with the profile cards in alphabetical order. 3 rd copy of sales ticket went to customer. 4th copy goes in delivery bag if you didn t have all products that night in your inventory. Do your money management 60/40 split (call me if you aren t sure) so you know what you made, and order/restock the products so your business keeps building smoothly! Fill in your WAS sheet on intouch, tracking sheets, and place/update your saved order if you had the products that night.
