1 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET Barrier cream for protection against water and non-water based contaminants AREA OF APPLICATION: Effective Protection against non-water based contaminants (ex., petroleum products, oils, paints, glues, resins, organic solvents, etc.) and water based contaminants (ex., salt, acid and alkali solutions). Prevents different professional skin diseases and chemical stings (starting from a little excitation, redness, cracking and up to malignant dermatitis, eczemas and stings). Active against waterinsoluble contaminants: Oils; Lubricants; Paints; Resins; Glue; Silicones; Fiberglass; Tar; Graphite; Coal and metallic dust; Carbon black; Adhesives; Organic solvents. Active against watersoluble contaminants: alkalis, saline and acid solution; lubricating coolants; detergents and disinfectants; lime; cement; fertilizer. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Riza Duo Protect is a rich complex: Complex of A, C and E vitamins restores and moisturizes. Aloe leaves extract is applied as a moisturizing, soothing, softening and anti-inflammatory agent, affecting skin with an excellent effect of activating its local immunity. Riza Duo Protect contains a strong antioxidant the urea, strengthening a protective skin layer, moisturizing and healing the skin, being a natural exfoliator. Contains innovative plant antioxidants, preventing skin oxidation; The cream contains Panthenol a strong wound-healing, moisturizing agent; Natural essential oils provide a unique perfume composition of Riza; Free from silicone, chemical dyes and aromatics, provoking allergy; The product is free from parabens. 3 Apply a little quantity of cream (0,5-1 ml) in circular motions on clean and dry hands before work. Pay special attention to areas between fingers and fingernails. Apply cream on body and face if necessary. After work add some water and Riza Premium Handwash liquid soap, foam gently and rinse it off. Intense contaminants removal is provided by cleansing products of Riza series. QUALITY ASSURANCE: In the composition of cosmetic the raw materials are not prohibited for use in cosmetic products and are not on the list of raw materials contained in Annex II of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The product does not contain substances classified as CMR within the meaning of Part 3 of Annex VI of Regulation (EC) 1272/2008, which are prohibited for use in cosmetic products and substances presented in the form of nanomaterials, as defined in Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Thorough investigation (including the 48 h semi-occlusive patch-tests and the microbiological tests) has been carried out by qualified specialists to ensure harmlessness of the product. All results combined in Cosmetic Product Safety Report No /15/JSHB/Z2 (J.S. HAMILTON POLAND S.A.) according Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The cosmetic product is safe when it is used as intended, in accordance with the instructions for use and under reasonably foreseeable conditions. Due to the available toxicological data of the ingredients, physical and chemical properties of the cosmetic product and all relevant researches it can be concluded that the product does not pose a risk to human health. The cosmetic product has never been tested on animals. REGULATORY INFORMATION: The product is manufactured and labeled in compliance with REGULATION of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. The product is exempt from the Classification, Labelling and Packaging in accordance Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Page 3/5

4 The company fulfills the requirements of GMP in the production of the cosmetic product according to ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices. PACKING FEATURES: Every tube has a first break control that guarantees the microbiological safety of the product and prevents vandal actions. Riza tubes have a unique pleasant texture, but moreover they bear a function to assist workers due to the bold points texture on tube sides which help to improve grip. PACKING SIZE: Tube 100 ml Bottle 1000 ml (with pump) Bottle 2000 ml STORAGE INFORMATION: can be stored in an unopened tube/bottle in a dry place at +5 C to 30 C for 30 months. Storage period once opened: 12 months. FIRST AID MEASURES: In the event of accidental eye contact with the product, rinse out with plenty of water. Harmless if swallowed, but do not induce vomiting.
