3 Hi Tech Lighter FULL MOON S$37 High tech lighter Full Moon is a creamy highlighter in a beautiful soft rosé gold tone. It s perfect to accentuate certain features, but works just as well as eye shadow or lip gloss. It can also be used as a base for fixation of glitter or as an eye primer prior applying the eye shadow. Lipstick sealer is a clear fluid that prevents the lipstick from bleeding. For a perfect pout, start with applying the lip pencil. Once the lip contour is finished, apply a thin film of the sealer just outside the lip contour. Finish off with the lipstick. Eye Pencil - WAVE S$27 This blue Eyepencil will truly add something extra to an everyday makeup. Use Tweezers (with slant or straight tip) to attach the Strazz. To spread the Glitter evenly, use dip the Cuticle pusher in the jar and gently shake out the Glitter over the nail.
