5 For Baby Baby Wipes 1 roll premium paper towels (must be premium) 1 cup warm water (you may need more depending on the thickness of your roll) 2 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil, Grape seed Oil or Jojoba oil 3 drops each Lavender and Melaleuca An airtight glass container Note: Use cloth for reusable wipes. Cut paper towel roll in half with a super sharp knife. Use half the roll now and save the other half for later. Combine water, Fractionated Coconut Oil, and essential oils in the glass container that you are using and mix really well. Put your 1/2 roll of paper towels into your container slowly. If you push too fast water may fly up the middle. The liquid will start to go into the paper towels. Turn the container over and let sit for 10 minutes. After that all towels should be full absorbed. When done, pull out the cardboard middle and then just pull the wipes from the centre when you need them. For on-the-go wipes, insert wipes into travel size wipe container. Diaper Cream 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil 5 drops Lavender Put coconut oil into a glass jar. Add lavender and whip well with a fork. Then add to refrigerator to harden. Just apply a small amount when needed. Bottom Spray 1 drop each Lavender and Melaleuca 1 Tablespoon Fractionated Coconut oil Add all ingredients to an empty 2oz spray bottle, fill the rest with water. Shake and spray after diaper changes. Gently wipe dry. Diaper as normal. Baby Shampoo 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup unscented liquid Castile soap 5 drops each melaleuca and lavender Pour ingredients into a foaming hand dispenser. Shake well a few times. Use as needed. Note: A foam dispenser allows you to maximize usage. Baby Powder 1/2 cup corn starch 1/2 cup Arrowroot powder 1 drop each Chamomile and Lavender 1/4 cup finely ground oats Add ingredients into a bowl or into a food processor. Mix well and put in a shaker style bottle or into a glass jar. If you are using a glass jar then make sure you have a small scoop to take the powder out. Tip: To create finely ground oats, add oats to a blender and pulse until finely ground. Baby Balm (cream) 1/4 cup cocoa butter or coconut oil 1/4 cup shea butter 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 Tablespoon castor oil 5 drops each of Frankincense and Lavender Whip cocoa butter, shea butter, castor and olive oil in a stand mixer. Add essential oils and whip to mix well. Use a small amount as needed for baby's skin.

6 Bath & Shower Bubble Bath 1 cup unscented castile soap 1/2 cup vegetable glycerin 2 tablespoons water 15 drops of your favourite essential oil Combine castile soap, glycerin, and water into glass bowl. Add essential oils. Stir slowly until well combined. Pour into glass container. To use, add 1/4-1/2 cup of bubble bath mixture to warm, running bath water. Note: These bubbles are not going to provide big fluffy bubbles that last a long time since but still a great way to have enjoy a non toxic bubble bath. Detox Bath 1 cup of Epsom salt 1/2 cup baking soda 3 drops Massage blend and 3 drops Ylang Ylang. Run the hottest bath you can handle. Add all ingredients. Mix well. Soak for minutes. To increase detoxing, drink lemon water as often as you can while in the tub. Body Wash 3 Tablespoons liquid castille soap 3 Tablespoons raw honey 2 Tablespoons fractionated coconut oil drops of essential oil of choice (orange is awesome) Add all ingredients into your container and shake well to mix thoroughly. Mix well before each use. To maximize this body wash use with a sponge. Lavender Soap A pre-made soap base (ex. Goat s Milk Soap) 30 drops Lavender Spray Bottle with rubbing alcohol Break up your soap base into smaller chunks and place into bowl. Melt in your microwave on 40 second intervals until the soap is fully melted. Add essential oils and stir well. Pour your soap into your mold. Silicone is perfect for this. Spritz the top of the soap with your Rubbing Alcohol to remove any air bubbles from your soap. Set for 4-8 hours. Remove from molds. NOTE *If your soap becomes too thick to pour nicely into your mold you can quickly re-melt it again in your microwave. Coconut Salt Scrub 1 cup organic virgin coconut oil 1 cup Pink Himalayan (or Epsom) salt 15 drops of your favourite essential oil Add coconut oil to a large bowl and mix well with a whip or fork. Add Pink Himalayan Salt and essential oils. Stir until combined. Add to dry skin in the tub before a shower or a bath for best results and ultra moisturized skin. Lime Brown Sugar Scrub 3/4 cup organic brown sugar 20 drops lime 1/2 teaspoon vitamin e oil (optional) Fractionated Coconut Oil (1/4 cup to 3/4 cup) Add sugar, vitamin e oil and essential oils in a bowl or jar. Mix well. Begin adding the Fractionated Coconut oil slowly until you reach your desired consistency. Just keep stirring and watching the consistency. Store in a 1 pint mason jar. Add to dry skin in the tub before a shower or a bath for best results and ultra moisturized skin.

7 Beauty Deodorant (Bar or Stick) 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup shea butter, cocoa butter or mango butter 1/2 cup beeswax 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil - optional 3 tablespoons baking soda (Omit this if you have sensitive skin) 1/2 cup organic arrowroot powder drops of Essential oils of choice Combine coconut oil, butter, and beeswax in a double boiler and melt slowly on medium heat. Stir ingredients constantly until they are melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool until you are able to touch it with your hands. Add the vitamin E oil, baking soda, arrowroot powder, and essential oils. Gently stir by hand until all ingredients are incorporated. If you will be making these into bars, pour into muffin tins or other molds while still liquid. If you will be putting into an old deodorant container to use like stick deodorant, let the mixture harden for about minutes at room temperature, use a spoon to scoop into the deodorant tube and pack down to fill. Then, leave the cap off overnight to completely harden before using or add to the refrigerator. Deodorant (Cream) 5 TB coconut oil 2 TB olive oil 1 1/2 TB beeswax 1/4 cup organic arrowroot powder 10 drops each Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon On low heat, slowly heat the coconut oil, olive oil and beeswax. Melt slowly. Stir occasionally. When the coconut oil, olive oil and beeswax have melted completely remove from heat. Add arrowroot powder. Mix well. Pour into jar and let cool until you can touch. Then add essential oils and stir. Cover with a paper towel and let sit at least 6 hours until solid. Seal snugly with lid. Deodorant (Roll-On) 10ml glass rollerball 10 drops of each oil Lavender, Frankincense, Cleansing blend, Lemon and Lemongrass. Top it with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Perfume Add 20 drops of your favourite essential oils into a 5ml refillable perfume atomizer Top up with witch hazel Or add your oils to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil After Shave 1 Tbsp witch hazel 2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive) 4 drops essential oil (grounding blends). Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Mist onto clean face. Pat skin dry. Shaving Cream 1/3 cup shea butter 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil 5 drops each of Sandalwood, Peppermint and Melaleuca Using a hand or stand mixer whip all ingredients (except the essential oils until light and fluffy (around 5-10 minutes). Add essential oils and mix for 30 seconds. Add to the container of choice. Apply a small amount before shaving. Use really hot water to rinse hair and cream off.

8 Beauty Continued Razor Relief 1/2 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil 1/4 cup rosewater (if you cannot find this use distilled or boiled water) 5 drops each of Frankincense, Lavender, Melaleuca, Helichrysum, Myrrh Place Fractionated Coconut Oil and rosewater into a glass spray bottle. Add essential oils and shake. To use, shake, spray directly on skin or spray onto your palms and rub on skin. Body Butter 1 cup shaved Cocoa Butter Approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of Almond Oil (or Coconut Oil) 8 drops of Vitamin E oil (optional) 8 drops of Essential Oil Soften Cocoa Butter in the microwave if yours is hard. Do this by melting it in 5 second intervals. You want it soft like butter. Whip the cocoa butter with a mixer. Slowly add almond oil until you have your desired consistency. Add in the Vitamin E oil and your essential oils and stir together to fully incorporate. Store in an airtight container. Bronzing Lotion Bars 1/2 cup shea butter 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup beeswax pastilles 1 tablespoon argan oil (optional) 10 drops each of Wild Orange and Lemon 1 tablespoon (or more) Bronze Mica Powder or cocoa powder Melt shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax in a double boiler until completely melted. Add Argan Oil and essential oils. Stir well to incorporate. Add Bronze Mica Powder or cocoa powder and mix well. Quickly pour into empty deodorant containers or molds. Apply evenly to skin. Moisturizing Face Scrub 3 tablespoons coconut oil 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 5 drops each lemon and Melaleuca Mix thoroughly and apply to a warm face for cleanse the pores and moisturize face. Rinse off and pat face dry with a towel. Follow with facial toner if desired. Facial toner 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp water (more if skin is sensitive) 4 drops essential oil (such as lavender, geranium, frankincense) Pour ingredients into glass spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Mist onto clean face. Wipe or pat dry. Homemade Face cream 3 tablespoons coconut oil 9 tablespoons shea butter 9 drops Frankincense Mix coconut oil into shea butter with a spoon or heat in a double broiler to mix thoroughly. Add your essential oil drops and mix again. Store in a small glass jar. Eye Makeup Remover 5 drops each of Frankincense, Lavender, Cypress Fractionated Coconut Oil Add essential oils to an empty 15ml jar and top with fractionated coconut oil. Add 2 drops to a fingertip and apply to upper eyelid stroking downward. This blend should not sting or irritate your eyes. If irritation occurs, increase dilution or, discontinue use.

9 Beauty Continued Lip Balm 2 teaspoons beeswax pastilles 1 teaspoon shea butter 3 teaspoons coconut oil 20 drops of essential oil of choice (I use peppermint or orange) 6 x 3/16 oz. (5.5 ml) lip balm tubes or use 1/2 oz tins (so much easier) Combine coconut oil, butter, and beeswax in a double boiler and melt slowly on medium heat. Stir ingredients constantly until they are melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool until you are able to touch it with your hands. Add essential oils and mix well. Fill the lip balm tubes using a funnel or pour into tins. Let sit undisturbed for 2-4 hours. Place an overspill into a small container or tin to minimize waste. Tins are the best for this recipe as they are easier to fill and you have less of a mess. Lip Gloss 1 gram white beeswax 3 grams shea butter (you could also use virgin coconut oil) 2 grams jojoba oil (you could also use grapeseed, Fractionated Coconut Oil, or almond oil) 10 grams castor oil 1 gram vitamin E 7 drops of your favourite essential oil Peppermint Foot Soak 2 cups of Epsom salts 1/2 cup baking soda 5 drops of peppermint essential oil Combine Epsom salts with 1/2 cup baking soda and add your essential oils. Stir with a spoon or stick to mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a jar and use within a few weeks. Store in a cool dark place. Clay Mask 2 teaspoons bentonite clay 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 drop Frankincense 1 drop Lavender 1 drop Melaleuca 1 drop Geranium Combine clay and vinegar in a glass bowl and stir until well combined. Add essential oils. Apply to clean skin, avoiding the areas around eyes and mouth. Let dry for 5-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow with moisturizer. Place all ingredients, except for essential oil, into a glass jar. Place jar in a saucepan with inches of boiling water. Once melted, remove and let cool for 2 minutes. Add essential oils. Using a dropper, transfer into the lip gloss containers. If it starts to get too thick, place glass jar back in warm water to melt. This is enough to fill two standard lip gloss tubes

10 Hair Care Coconut Shampoo 1/2 cup castile soap 1/4 cup canned coconut milk 1/4 honey 30 drops essential oils (lavender, peppermint, geranium, cedarwood, patchouli) Mix all ingredients into a glass jar. Shake well before each use. Dry Shampoo For light hair: 1/4 cup arrowroot powder 2 drops Lavender 2 drops Rosemary 2 drops Peppermint For dark hair: For red hair: 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 drops Lavender 2 drops Rosemary 2 drops Peppermint 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder 2 tablespoons cinnamon 2 drops Lavender 2 drops Rosemary 2 drops Peppermint Put all your necessary ingredients into a food processor or blendder. Pulse until well combined. Store in glass jar. To use, apply powder with a make-up brush to roots and oily parts of hair. Let sit for 2 minutes. Then brush or blow dry your hair. Style as normal but do not apply heat. Deep Hair Conditioner 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 8 Drops of Essential Oils of your choice (Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Geranium, and Clary Sage are great options) Put 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and essential oils into mixing bowl. Mix on medium/high speed for 5 minutes or until the ingredients are whipped to a thick and creamy consistency. Once whipped, apply to clean dry hair. Comb through with a wide tooth comb to evenly distribute. Let it sit for minutes. Rinse, shampoo and style as desired. Repeat once a week or as often as you desire. Leave in Conditioning Spray 3 oz. hot water 1 tablespoon conditioner 4 drops of essential oils (Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Geranium are great choices here) Combine ingredients in bottle. Shake well before each use. Spray onto the ends of wet or damp hair. Style as usual. Hair Serum 20 drops each Geranium, Melaleuca, Rosemary, and Ylang Ylang 3 oz Fractionated Coconut Oil Combine in a glass container with a dropper lid. Add to your hair and scalp before you shampoo. Massage gently. Leave on for 2-5 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. Follow with Shampoo and Conditioner.

11 Hair Care Cont... Beach Waves Hair Spray 8-ounce spray bottle 1 cup hot water 2 tablespoons Epsom salt 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon hair gel 5 drops each Rosemary and Lavender In a spray bottle, add all ingredients. Shake well before each use. To use, spray generously on hair while scrunching your hair in your hands. Let dry and enjoy your beautiful beach waves. Soft Hold Hair Spray 3 oz. hot water 1-2 teaspoon sugar (more sugar=stronger hold) 4 drops Ylang Ylang Dissolve sugar in water, heating over stove if needed. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients, add to bottle. Shake well before each use Spray lightly onto hair. Allow to dry. Add more layers if stronger hold is desired, allow hair to dry between each layer. Tangle Taming Spray 12-ounce or larger spray bottle 1.5 cups distilled water 3 tablespoons marshmallow root 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons conditioner 5 drops each Rosemary, Patchouli, Geranium, Melaleuca Boil water and marshmallow root in a small pan. Reduce heat and let simmer for minutes. Let cool slightly and strain through a cheesecloth or very thin wire strainer. While warm, pour into bottle and add the conditioner, apple cider vinegar, and essential oils. Shake until combined. To use, spray a generous amount on wet hair and comb through. Style as normal. Hair Refresh 1/3 cup rose water (use boiled or distilled water if you cannot find this) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 5 drops Ylang Ylang 4 drops Rosemary 5 drops Sandalwood 3 drops Lavender In a fine-mist glass spray bottle, add rose water, vanilla extract, and essential oils. Shake well before each use and spray on hair as desired. Blow dry. Style as usual.

12 Green Cleaning All Purpose Cleaner 1.5 cup water 1/4 cup white vinegar 30 drops Essential Oil: use all Protective Blend or a mix of Lemon, Lavender and Melaleuca Add to a glass spray bottle - shake well before each use All In One Soft Scrub For Bath, Tile, and Toilet (inside only), Kitchen Sink. Make in small batches and store in an airtight container. This soft scrub is excellent for getting rid of soap scum, removing stains, and brightening your tile and toilet. To use, just apply and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then scrub. Once done scrubbing, rinse clean. Do not use anywhere that you cannot rinse away as cleaning up the baking soda well is surprisingly a challenge. 3/4 cup baking soda 1/4 cup liquid castile soap 1 tablespoon water 5-10 drops citrus essential oil In a bowl, combine the baking soda and castile soap. Add the water and stir. Add essential oils. The consistency should be a soft paste. Store in an airtight container. Toilet Bowl Cleaner 1/2 cup baking soda 10 drops Melaleuca Tea Tree 1/4 cup vinegar Add ingredients directly to a partially drained bowl. As it reacts, scrub the toilet. Then let sit for 10 min before flushing. This is a one time use. Mattress Cleaner 1 cup baking soda (enough for a queen size mattress) 10 drops essential oil (citrus oils or cleansing blend) Jar with a lid + Sifter or large sugar shaker Vacuum Remove bed linens and wash them in hot water. Add the baking soda and essential oils to a sugar shaker. Shake to evenly distribute the oils. Shake onto mattress. If using a regular jar use a sifter to distribute the cleaner evenly on the bed. Let sit for 1-6 hours. Vacuum. Remake bed with fresh clean sheets. Carpet Cleaner Combine 20 drops essential oil and 3 cups baking soda. Cover and let sit overnight. Sprinkle with your hands or a sifter onto carpets or upholstery to refreshen and deodorize. Wait several hours or overnight to vacuum. Bathroom Cleaner Spray 2 cups warm water 1 TB baking soda 3 TB liquid castile soap 30 drops each Melaleuca tea tree and orange Pour the water into the bottle, followed by the baking soda and mix really well until the baking soda is almost full dissolved. Add castile soap, essential oils and mix well again. Use this spray to clean the tub, tile, toilet, sink, and even floor (particularly around the toilet.) This cleaner also works wonderfully as a stain remover for carpets and rugs!

13 Cleaning Cont... Window Cleaner 1 cup vinegar 1 cup water 5 drops lemon or orange. Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake before each use. Spray onto windows and wipe clean with a paper towel. Homemade Drano 1 cup of baking soda 1 cup of salt 1/4 cup of cream of tartar Mix all ingredients together well Measure about a quarter cup of the mixed powder and pour into your clogged drain. Pour two cups of boiling water into the drain, and let stand for about an hour, then run fresh water from the tap. Wood Polish Mix 2 parts oil (preferably linseed oil or olive oil) with one part lemon juice. Apply and polish with a soft cloth. Buff with beeswax and a microfiber cloth for added shine. Mold & Mildew Remover Mix 2 parts water with one part white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide Add essential oils: 2 drops lemon 3 drops melaleuca 1 drop clove Shake well before using. Spray on location - let sit for 30 min before rinsing. Reusable Kitchen Wipes Old t-shirts cut it up into rag-size cloths. 1 cup warm water 1/8 cup (or 1 ounce) liquid castile soap 5 10 drops of your favorite essential oil Large Glass Jar Mix all of your liquids well in the jar you plan to use. Place the rags into the jar with the liquid. (I think I ended up with about 8 or 10 rags. Put the top on the jar (or whatever lidded container you prefer) and turn upside down a few times until all the rags are soaked. After being used, the cloths can be washed and returned to the jar to reuse over and over again. Cleansing Wipes 1 roll premium paper towels 2 cups warm water 3 drops Protective Blend 3 drops Lemon essential oil 1 tablespoon Castile Soap An airtight storage container Cut paper towel in half widthwise with a serrated or electric knife. Use half the roll now, and half later. Combine water, fractionated coconut oil, essential oils, and castile soap in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the paper towels and then cover with the airtight lid letting the mixture absorb for 10 minutes. Turn the container over and let sit for another 10 minutes. Remove and discard the cardboard middle. Just pull the wipes from the center when you are ready to use.

Deodorizing Disk Use disks for trash compactor, diaper pails, behind the toilet, in a closet, fridge, shoe closets, or under the sink. 2 cups of baking soda 1/2 cup distilled water or boiled water 10 drops of essential oils Combine water and baking soda into a bowl. Stir until you get a thick, wet paste. Add your essential oils and mix well. Then add your paste into a lined muffin pan, or silicone moulds and let harden for hours. This makes about 6 small disks. Goo Be Gone Spray 30 drops lemon 30 drops orange Combine oils in a small bottle. Shake well. Spray onto sticky surfaces. Immediately wipe clean. Grease Cutting Spray 20 drops lemon essential oil A few drops of liquid dish soap 1/2 cup water or vinegar Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Top with water or vinegar. Mist onto surfaces. Allow to sit 5 minutes then wipe clean.

15 Healthy Home Makeup Brush Cleaner 2 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil 5 drops each Melaleuca and Grapefruit Add Fractionated Coconut Oil and essential oils into a small bowl. Swirl your brush in the Fractionated Coconut Oil for 30 seconds, or until you see the makeup stored in your brush start to come out. Rub in a circular motion on the palm of hand to help get the makeup out. Rinse the brush under warm water. Gently squeeze brush bristles until clean, and the water runs clear. Please note: Make sure to point the bristles down when running under water. Direct water contact may loosen the glue where the bristles are attach and shorten the life of your brushes. Let your newly cleaned makeup brushes dry on a towel for 4 hours, or until dry. Repeat once a month, or as needed. 16 Home Cont... Dishwasher Powder 1 cup borax 1 cup washing soda 3 tbsp salt 10 drops essential oil Mix al ingredients together in a bowl well. Store in a airtight glass container. Use 2 tbsp per load. Dish Soap 2 cups unscented castile soap 20 drops Orange or Protective Blend essential oil 10 drops Lemon essential oil Fill a large, clean glass bottle with castle soap. Add essential oils. Shake bottle before each use. Just add 1-2 tablespoons to dish water for use. If you would like to have extra bubbles add 1/4 cup liquid glycerin. Produce Cleaning Spray 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup vinegar 20 drops lemon essential oil Pour ingredients into small glass spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Generously mist onto produce. Allow to sit 5-15 minutes then rinse clean. Make sure your produce is completely dry before putting away. Liquid Laundry Detergent 1/2 cup castile soap 1/2 cup baking soda 1/4 cup coarse salt 3 liters hot water drops of essential oils In a large pot mix your hot water baking soda and salt together very well. Add the castile soap and essential oils. Then lightly whisk together. Add your laundry soap to large glass jars and store in a cool dark place. This mixture will separate so shake well before each use. Use 1/4 cup to a 1/2 cup per load depending on size of washer and load. Dryer Balls (replace dryer sheets) 2-3 bundles of 100% wool yarn to make 3-4 balls Wrap the end of the yarn around your three fingers about ten times. Then remove and wrap the yarn around the middle. Slowly wrap around until a ball starts to form. Keep going until you have a medium size ball (like the size of a baseball). Once you have 3-4 balls made (when you come to the end, just cut the wool and stick the end piece deep into the ball), take an old pair of nylons, cut the leg off and put one of the balls into the foot, tie it off as close to the ball as you can, then add another doing the same thing until you have all 4 in place and knotted off individually. Add the balls to the washing machine the next time you do a hot wash. They can be thrown in with a dirty load. This will felt the yarn and fuse the fibers together. While they are still in the nylon, throw into the dryer on high heat. Allow the balls to dry completely before removing the nylon. Once the balls are dry and ready to use, remove them from the nylon and add 3-4 drops of essential oil to each ball and throw into the dryer with your wet clothes. The balls will have enough smell in them to last 2-3 dryer loads. An extra tip: if you're finding static cling with your clothes, take a piece of tin foil, crumple it into a ball and throw it in the dryer with your wet clothes.

Bumps & Bangs Spray 15 drops Melaleuca 15 drops Lavender 10 drops Lemon 10 drops Frankincense 1/2 cup fractionated coconut oil or grapeseed oil. 1/2 cup water In a glass spray bottle combine all ingredients. Shake before each use. Spray on affected area as needed. Soothing Shower Melts 1 cup Baking Soda 1/2 cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt 2 teaspoons of water 20 drops each of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender and Lemon Combine baking soda, salt/epsom salt and mix well until combined. Slowly add small amounts water into the mix and stir until you get the consistency of slightly wet sand. Mixture should hold together when squeezed without crumbling but should not be a paste. Once you get a wet sand texture, add the essential oils and stir to combine. Quickly push mixture into silicon molds or lined muffin tins. Press in firmly and let sit in a cool dark place for 48hours. When dry, remove and store in air tight container. To use, place one closer to the back of the shower where only a little water at a time will reach it, not a large pool of water. As you shower, it will dissolve, releasing essential oils into the air creating a spa like space. Base Save: Use this as a base for some of the variations or as a homemade carrier cream. This recipe will make about ten 30ml glass jars and can be stored for up to 2-3 months. Store extra in the fridge. To make a variation take out of the fridge for 6-10 hours before you mix in your oils. 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 5 tablespoons organic beeswax pastilles On low heat, melt the coconut, olive oil and beeswax in a warm bath (a bowl on top of a pot of hot water), stirring every few minutes until melted.
