1 Nutcracker 2017 Makeup Schedules Your make-up artist is listed on the attached sheet. Please check in with your artist at your scheduled time. She may give you new instructions at that time or begain your makeup immediately. Please remember that all performers (except Krumkake and Mice) need to have their hair done before they arrive at the theater. Krumkake and Mice should arrive with hair clean and damp and bring their own combs & clear bands to hold braids. Please report to the scene shop ready for your make-up artist at the times listed above. Performers who are listed as Self have been allotted 15 minutes to do their own make-up. We expect to be able to check you out on schedule (15 minutes after your scheduled time). Please arrive at the theater at the times listed above or earlier. Everyone must be at the theater no later than 5:30 on Wednesday and 11 am on Saturday regardless of what time your make-up call is. If you need to rearrange your schedule please talk to Mary-Carel Verden, If you have an early call, after your make-up is complete, IF THERE IS TIME, you may leave the theater if you wish. We will touch-up lipstick when you return. Please remember to arrange your schedule so you have time to warm up either before or after your make-up is on, as well as allowing time to get into your costume and wig. We appreciate your cooperation with this tight schedule. We have 56 performers to get into make-up and costume and that means early call times are a necessity. Performers MAY NOT remove make-up between shows on Saturday. We will only retouch lipstick and other little details before the evening show. Performers need to be back at the theatre at the Call Back time listed on the make-up schedule to get make-up fixed. We also recommend that performers remain in their wigs between shows (except Cherubs who may remove and get them replaced for the evening show). Remember to eat before you come to the theater. If performers bring snacks they must be dry, non-gooey snacks (nothing chocolate or dips or anything that could melt or squish and make a mess that a performer would later sit in or slip on). Snacks need to be in a separate lunch box/bag with the performers name and they will be checked and kept in the hallway. Break a leg, The Make-up Crew
