But sometimes it s just not good enough to hide annoying imperfections or is it? Our innovative film former Baycusan C 1004 and polyurea powder Baycusan C 1005 combine exceptional sensory properties with improved pigment distribution. That way, they enable foundations to effectively hide skin imperfections while ensuring a natural, smooth skin feeling and flawless nude look made possible by our ColorFace formulation line! Processing: Mix phase A at room temperature until the components are completely dispersed and homogeneous. In a vessel, wet phase B with a suitable part of phase A. Pass it through the three rolls mill twice, then add it to the rest of phase A. Mix well until the pigments are homogeneously dispersed. In a separate vessel, mix the components of phase C until they are well dispersed, then add them to phase A + B. Mix well. Add phase D and mix. Add the phase E slowly while stirring until it is homogeneously dispersed. Additional Info: Viscosity: 6000 cps +/- 20 % (T 25 C spindle 3 rpm 10 Brookfield DV-E). Stability at 40 C for 1 month.

Mix well until the pigments are homogeneously dispersed. Add the phase E slowly while stirring until it is homogeneously dispersed. At 60 C add Black Iron Oxide. Continue heating to 80 C and mix until uniform. In a separate vessel combine phase B ingredients. Heat to 80 C. Mix until uniform and add to phase A. Add Silica under stirring. Mix until uniform. Cool to 40 C. Add phase C ingredients. Check ph. If necessary, adjust ph to

Add Butylene Glycol and Lecithine later and stir. Use Triethanolamine (99 % wt.) to adjust the PH to Then add the Nylon-6 and keep stirring. When phase A is uniform, heat the phase A to 80 C with stirring. Phase B is weighted in a suitable vessel and heated to 90 C until all waxes and solids are melted. Then add Phase C while stirring and keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add phase D Isododecane while stirring for about 2 minutes. Add phase B-D into phase A slowly while stirring at 80 C. Stir for 5 minutes at 80 C. Then the emulsion is homogenized at 90 C for 15 minutes. Then cool to 45 C. Baycusan C 1004 is added to the emulsion while homogenization. 17
