3 application essie s gel couture is formulated for use on natural nails without a base coat easy removal gel couture is a long wearing enamel formula that does not require soaking or wrapping to remove no basecoat needed. start by helping your client pick from our 42 couture-inspired shades. shown here: rock the runway simply apply color with a seamless swipe. place brush near the cuticle, then pull to the free edge in one long, straight stroke. if needed, fill in with one additional stroke on each side. cap and seal the free edge. apply a second coat using the same technique. tip: allow at least 1 minute between coats this helps the richly pigmented formula to fully adhere to the nail. place a lint-free pad with naturally clean polish remover on the nail. pull pad down the nail. tip: avoid rubbing back and forth the intense gel couture pigments could transfer to the skin, adding time to the removal service. wait 1 minute, then seal with gel couture top coat. cap and seal the free edge. allow to dry. general dry time is slightly less than with traditional top coat. re-hydrate cuticles with a few drops of apricot cuticle oil.
