A Backup Order is an order automatically sent to you if you forget or are unable to shop for products totaling at least 35 Product Points by the end of the month. It protects your Preferred Customer benefits even if you re away on vacation or business, or for whatever reason you re unable to shop. Your Backup Order will contain a selection of Melaleuca s best products. However, you can easily set up a custom Backup Order with your own favorite products. This custom Backup Order is called a Select Pack, and it guarantees you receive the products you want. Step 2: Click Edit Select Pack. How to set up your Select Pack Backup Order.
