26 ORDERING PROCEDURES Simple Steps to Ordering Wholesale at ikonic Precision Styling Tools WHOLESALE ORDERING CHECKLIST: For all wholesale customers becoming a reseller of our products, we require the following information to be on file: 1. For wholesale customers in the state of Texas, please submit a copy of your Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate for us to have your number on file at all times. 2. We need a signed copy of your Authorized Dealer Agreement on file and a Contact & Billing Form must be completed. 3. We need a signed copy of your Wholesale Confidentiality Agreement before we can send you a copy of our price list. 4. A signed copy of our Marketing Copyright Acknowledgement. WHOLESALE ORDERING CHECKLIST: Please scan or photograph the Order Form in this guide and to: fulfillment@ikonicstyle.com Please allow 2-3 Business days to process finalized orders for product in stock and days to process finalized orders for products out of stock. A 2% Processing Fee will be charged for order changes after an invoice is sent out including shipment tracking information. Please finalize all orders before submitting to avoid processing fees. I understand and acknowledge that in the event it is discovered that the contents of the ikonic Precision Styling Tools Price List was shared without the acknowledgement and written authorization by ikonic Precision Styling Tools, it will be grounds for immediate termination as a wholesale customer of ikonic and legal action may be taken against me at the discretion of ikonic Precision Styling Tools.
