27 Spa Basics What do I wear? Ideally, you should wear a bathrobe or comfortable clothing (Shiatsu massage). To protect your privacy, we will only expose the areas to be treated, and disposable briefs are available for your use. Do I need to bring anything? We supply our non-resident guests with bathrobes, towels and slippers, and provide water as well as a range of teas. Is there anything in particular I should keep in mind? We recommend that you arrive a few minutes before the start of your treatment to ensure that you fully enjoy every pampering minute. What s the right treatment for me? If you don t know what treatment to opt for we will be delighted to assist and advise. Spa Etiquette All our guests would like to enjoy their treatments in a calm, relaxed atmosphere, which is why we request you switch off your mobile phone and use your soft spa voice when you speak. What if I m late? If you do happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, this is not always possible, and you will be billed for the full cost of the treatment. What if I have to cancel?
