This will enable you to enjoy our welcome refreshment and gives your body and mind time to start relaxing in our private Spa facilities. LATE ARRIVAL If you arrive late for an appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time. Full treatment costs apply. CANCELLATION POLICY We require 12 hours notice for a cancellation, change or re-scheduling of any appointment. Less than six hours notice or a no show will incur full payment.
