4 B21 HEART (1 st part) Resets and re-programs the skin and all its vital functions using a series of highly technical techniques to relax and secure the skin by heating. It stimulates and boosts oxygen levels prior to the toning and regeneration stages by means of the nervous system. Re-programs the muscle layer and promotes recovery. 5 B21 HEART (1 st part) The neck - relaxation, stimulation and oxygenation: Lightly massage B21 Extraordinaire into the face, neck and décolleté using an effleurage motion. Work the muscles supporting the neck using a smoothing motion. Both hands should work alternately from top to bottom. As you are about to lift one hand, the other should already be in position to perform the same movement. Slide down the little finger, ring finger, middle finger and index finger in turn. Steer clear of the thyroid. Work the right-hand side, followed by the left-hand side. Both hands should work alternately from top to bottom.
