16 MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR ME-TIME Whether you re with us for a full two-hour treatment or a 15-minute quick fix, we want you to relax into the Dragonfly experience. We ve included some useful information below and on our website, but please just ask any of our friendly team if you have any questions. Me-time Please be sure to arrive on time for your treatment and enjoy a relaxing refreshment it s all part of how we care for you. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to ensure your treatment isn t cut short. You are welcome to use our free WiFi for some quiet surfing we all love a peaceful spa so phones go on silent (or off altogether for full relaxation!). First time? For your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early so you can complete a consultation card. Depending on your treatment, you may need a 24-hour skin patch test. We will let you know when you book, so you can arrange to pop in when it suits you. All treatments have a 50% booking deposit. This isn t refundable but if you need to move your appointment, just let us know (with at least 24-hours notice) and we ll rearrange a new time for you.
