8 How to Spa You will be provided with a robe, towels and slippers for your use while at The Spa. Lockers are available for your personal items but we suggest you leave valuables at home, or in your bungalow. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments but rest assured our therapists are well-trained in correct draping procedures for your privacy and comfort. The Spa is a tranquil and calm environment. Please respect other guests by speaking in a soft voice throughout the treatment areas, locker rooms and in the Serenity Lounge. We request that you turn off all cell phones, laptops, and tablets while visiting The Spa. This is your time and should be enjoyed to the fullest. Whether it is the massage pressure, room temperature, or the music, please notify your therapist of any preferences you may have. Spa Guidelines The presence of a parent or guardian is required for children under 16 enjoying facials, and for children under 18 receiving massage or body treatments. Kindly advise the spa desk or your therapist if you have any allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during, or immediately after your treatment. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Cancellation Policy All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Should you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
