2 how to spa APPOINTMENTS Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist. Services are available at all spas unless otherwise noted. Please honor our request of 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of all spa appointments. CHECK IN We suggest you arrive 5 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, review your schedule and fill out any necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the full amount of the service. SPECIAL NEEDS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefits. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience and comfort a spa robe, gown and slippers will be provided. AGE REQUIREMENT AND CHILDREN Guests must be 13 years or older for facials, waxing and nail treatments, and 18 years or older for massage and body treatments. Unaccompanied guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian s signed approval. Children are not permitted in the Spa facilities. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry.
