WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION? Please contact the spa at least 2 hours in advance, and be sure to ask for your cancellation confirmation number. Reservations cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to full charge. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and change. Please be advised your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe and slippers will be provided when you arrive at the spa. During treatments, the therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. SHOULD MEN SHAVE BEFORE A FACIAL?
