3 Calcium Alginate Wound Dressings BIOTRONIX Healthcare s calcium alginate dressings are derived from brown seaweed. The dressing is composed of soft, nonwoven fibers shaped as ropes (twisted fibers) or pads/strips (fibrous mats).
