1 Medical Needling SKIN PREPARATION - CLINIC Remove make up (if applicable) Cleanse the skin twice with Environ Neutralizing Cleanser, remove with sponges / compress Wipe the skin with Medical Alcohol (using cotton wool) Apply Neutralizing Cleanser in a thick layer for 2 minutes and wash off Apply topical anesthetic with a brush; make sure that you cover the full area and extend the application further than the area being treated. (favored Benzocaine 20%, Lidocaine 6%, Tetracaine 6% in a Lipoderm base, or Emla) A dental block for the upper lip may be necessary in some patients. Spritz the skin with sterile water once blood has dried and wipe off all the blood with sterile gauze soaked in sterile water Wash the skin with Environ Sebuwash, remove with sterile gauze (If wash-up area is available, it is advisable for the patient to rinse his / her own skin to make the rinsing process easier) Apply ACM1 in a thin layer for four minutes only Remove with clean water Wash off with Environ Sebuwash, make sure the skin is properly rinsed Apply Après-CIT in a thin layer to the whole needled area and allow to dry. Once the Après-CIT has soaked into the skin, apply the Environ Alginate Mask and leave on the skin for 20 minutes. Apply Environ Vitamin A, C & E Oil and sunscreen

2 Medical Needling DF Machine Treatment Option If a DF machine is available then apply the Après-CIT in adequate thickness to give a slip to the sono-probe Use pulsed Iontophoresis on a positive (+) charge combined with Sonophoresis through the Sonophoresis probe on the needled areas. Follow with Environ A&C Serum 1, 2 or 3 (according to client s skin) and do Pulsed Iontophoresis with negative current using the Alginate Masque for 20 minutes Apply Environ A, C & E Oil and sunscreen SKIN PREPARATION - HOME Minimum 3 weeks prior to procedure Quick Prep: A, C, E oil. Long-Term Prep: (sensitive) Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturisers 1-5. Long-Term Prep: (normal) Vita-Peptide Intensive Serums 1-4 and Antioxidant Defence Crème Cosmetic rolling with home care regimen and oral supplements; Omega 3, multivitamins, glucosamine POST PROCEDURE- HOME Wash with skin specific cleanser, twice daily Follow with apres-cit, and a, c, e body oil (Simple Regimen) OR follow with apres-cit, and Vita-Antioxidant AVST Gel, Tri-Peptide Complex Avance Moisturiser or Tri-Peptide Complex+ Avance Elixir and Vita-Complex Super Moisturiser (Advanced Regimen) No exercise or swimming 24 hours post. POST PROCEDURE WHAT TO EXPECT Skin will appear flushed or sunburnt and may feel dry and tight for 3-5 days FREQUENCY AND NUMBER OF TREATMENTS 1 / week for 6 treatments (however, there is no limit to the number of treatments) OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Do not perform needling within 48 hours of Botox treatments, or 2 weeks after dermal fillers. Preferable performing these procedures 1 week after needled skin has settled. The use of LED lights, especially 633 nm (red) a is recommended to minimize un-necessary swelling and inflammation as well as possibly promote a better result.
