12 Spa Policies Appointments Advance reservations are required. For same day appointments on Saturday & Sunday, please call prior to 10:00 a.m. to guarantee availability. Please call the Tennis & Fitness Center at (772) to schedule any spa appointments. For an optimal spa experience Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to check-in & relax prior to your services. Should you arrive late your treatment will be shortened to allow your therapist time to accommodate the next guest. Cancellations All spa services are reserved especially for you so please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full service fee will be charged for no shows. Age Requirements The facilities inside the spa are reserved for those 16 years of age & older. Service Charge Spa service will be charged to your membership account. This includes a 15% gratuity for the therapist, this amount may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Member. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available for any of our spa services & are valid for up to one year after purchase date.
