2 thespa Your rejuvenation starts here... Set in a glorious 50-acre estate, Wyck Hill House is the very essence of Cotswold life. You ll be invigorated and pampered in The Spa, which has six spa treatment rooms, including a dual treatment room, sauna, steam-room and relaxation area. We use a variety of luxury products specific for each individual treatment, those included are Elemis, St Tropez, Jessica and Bare Escentuals. Spa Etiquette The Spa at Wyck Hill House is designed to promote peace and inner harmony for body and mind. Please keep noise to a minimum and ensure all mobile phones and electronic devices are switched off during your visit. Sauna and Steam Room These areas are unisex. We politely request that you wear suitable swimwear at all times in the sauna and steam room. Treatment time Please check in at The Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to change and relax and to avoid any reduced treatment times. If wearing swimwear to your treatment please ensure all garments are dry. Valuables Some treatments require the removal of jewellery, so it is advisable to leave valuables at home or in your locker. Please ensure that you retrieve all of your valuables before leaving The Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto The Spa premises. Children Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to use The Spa. Please respect other users and adhere to the etiquette of The Spa. Consultation and Health Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions. All personal information will be kept secure and confidential. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have other medical conditions or complications, please seek advice from a member of staff. We may advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Refreshments Please ensure you drink adequate amounts of fluid during your visit to The Spa.

Booking and Cancellation Policy When making your appointment a credit card number will be required at the time of booking or full prepayment required if the booking is made within 24 hours notice. A 48 hour notice period is required to cancel or re-schedule a spa day, or 24 hours notice to cancel or amend any spa bookings. Any changes or cancellations made after these times will incur 100% charge of the original booking. We will of course make every effort to re-sell cancelled space and will advise you if successful.
