4 Body Treatments THE ULTIMATE AROMATHERAPY EXPERIENCE 50 Minutes THE ULTIMATE AROMA BACK MASSAGE 25 Minutes This hero treatment starts with a consultation to ascertain your emotional and physical needs. We then carry out an aroma test to allow you to choose the oil most suitable for you. There are twelve signature oils to choose from, formulated with natural plant and flower oils with wonderful exotic scents and powerful therapeutic benefits for body and mind. With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, dissolving away your stress and tension. This is an intense massage ritual drawn from a fusion of Eastern and Western techniques enabling the therapist to work on your body, mind and spirit. This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. During this tension easing massage your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to the back, neck and shoulders helping to stimulate the nervous system while relieving muscular tension, aches and pains. Swedish and cross muscle fibre massage techniques, with stretching and draining, are combined with essential oils known for their beneficial effects on the circulation. An intensive massage that works deep into stiff, tight aching muscles to release pain and tension.

ACHING FOOT RELAXER 25 Minutes Refresh and support tired, aching feet after a long day on the go with this specially selected combination of essential oils to stimulate and invigorate. Spicy, rich black pepper and fresh, green rosemary stimulates circulation while warming ginger lends an energising effect. Feet and lower legs are brushed, soaked, exfoliated and refreshed with hot towels before gel and oil are massaged into the skin. Cuticles and heels are deeply nourished with natural plant oils. Aches are eased and feet feel light. 6 Pregnancy Treatments ULTIMATE ROSE PREGNANCY MASSAGE 55 Minutes Feel nurtured and supported in a time of constant change. Choose from a selection of three oils, each safely formulated to be used during pregnancy to nourish and care for your expanding skin. Using the traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage for the upper back and paying particular attention to tight shoulders, this massage helps to relieve stress and tension. The legs are massaged to ease the heavy feeling that can come with pregnancy, and a full scalp and facial massage, with treatment oil chosen specifically for your skin type, completes this top-to-toe treatment. 7 Holistic Treatments HOT STONE MASSAGE 25 Minutes (Back, Neck & Shoulders) Minutes (Full Body) Let us melt away your tension using a combination of hot stones and your choice of Aromatherapy Associates massage oil. The deep penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body using traditional techniques to release muscular tension and balance the spirit. SWEDISH MASSAGE 50 Minutes (Back, Neck, Shoulders & Legs) An indulgent body treatment that involves traditional Swedish massage movements that includes lymphatic drainage to remove toxins and reduce muscle tension and stress. HOPIS EAR CANDLES 25 Minutes Made from natural ingredients, Hopis Ear Candles work like a chimney by drawing impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. Many sufferers of sinus problems, hayfever and headaches find this treatment beneficial, as do clients with excessive or compacted earwax.

A combination of the finest pure essential oils and plant extracts are applied with specifically designed massage techniques, to restore and recondition the skin, leaving the complexion smooth and luminous. Restores and reconditions individual skincare needs, leaving your complexion smooth and luminous. DEEP CLEANSE FACIAL 55 Minutes A purifying treatment for oily and combination skin. Powerful essential oils of lavender, ylang ylang and tea tree are at the heart of this facial. With natural antibacterial properties, they penetrate deep into the skin, helping to regulate sebum production. Cleansing and exfoliation is followed by steaming, extraction and a hot towel compress to refine the pores. A facial massage follows using drainage techniques to improve circulation and help eliminate toxins, whilst special pressure points ease tension and stress. A freshwater mud mask is then applied to draw out dirt and harmful impurities. As relaxing as it is cleansing, this treatment also includes a scalp massage, and hand and arm massage for complete care. AGE REPAIR FACIAL 80 Minutes This natural, highly effective facial reduces the signs of ageing without using harsh chemicals. This repairing and anti-ageing facial works with natural oils of inca inchi and larch extract which stimulate collagen formation to deliver firm and tightened skin, whilst the anti-inflammatory properties of pomegranate and rosehip seed oil work on slowing down the effects of ageing skin. True to Aromatherapy Associates skincare philosophy, your skin is prepared by cleansing and exfoliating with jojoba beads or corncob granules. It is then massaged using apple seed extract, raspberry seed oil and date palm oil which are renowned for their cell renewal and anti-oxidant effects. Two masks are applied, a rose gel to hydrate, and an intense strawberry seed and frankincense mask to firm and plump. With more time available to once more enjoy the use of the facilities. Once your taste buds are satisfied head back down to the Spa and enjoy the rest of your pampering and relaxing day. You can add further treatments to your Spa package at a reduced price of 10% off each additional treatment (please add at the time of booking). 15 Spa Packages MOTHER TO BE PACKAGE per Person Enjoy a glass of orange juice upon arrival, before changing into an Eden robe and choosing either an Ultimate Rose Pregnancy Massage for 55 minutes or Ultimate Aromatherapy Associates Express Facial and Jessica Express Manicure or Express Pedicure. You will be able to enjoy and relax in our sauna, steam room and pool after your treatment, before you sit down to enjoy a 2 course lunch of starter and main course, or main course and dessert. After your meal there will still be time available to once more enjoy the use of the facilities.. Pregnancy massage may only be carried out after 14 weeks of pregnancy; all facials can be carried out from day 1 of pregnancy. WE ADVISE THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR GP OR MIDWIFE BEFORE USING THESE FACILITIES TO ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO USE THEM. All packages include the use of robe, towel and slippers. 16 Please ensure that you arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late for your treatment you may not be entitled to your treatment or time will be deducted from your treatment. All treatments and Spa packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. A full refund will be given if treatments are cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of treatment and 48 hours prior for Spa packages. If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be refused any treatments and will be asked to leave site. Consultation and aftercare advice are completed during your treatment time. Terms & Conditions If you have undergone an operation in the last 6 months you will be refused any treatments as they may affect your recovery. We also advise that you consult your doctor prior to any treatments, as the therapist will not take responsibility for any injuries sustained during your treatment. Use of Spa facilities is for 16 years and over. Treatments are not transferable and only treatments stated in each package may be used. Spa packages are unavailable at weekends and during peak season. Please inform the therapist if you are breast feeding.
