A trial day ensures we help you create the look you want with make-up and hair consultants on hand to guide you through creating the ultimate perfect look. On the morning of the wedding, you will have our full attention to prepare you for your special day. For all brides who have a wedding party over four the bride will receive hair and make-up free on the wedding day. A complimentary consultation is also available to discuss all wedding health and beauty needs with our therapists and hair care consultants. Alternatively, hair and make-up can be applied prior to a special day/ night out. 16

19 Terms and Conditions Cancel An Appointment Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise we will charge the full amount of the treatment. Cancellations should be made by calling (option 4). A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel a booking of more than 1 person. Where a treatment from a course is missed without a cancellation with 24 hours notice, it will be deemed to have taken place and will be deducted from your course. Quiet Please We would like you to think of Beautology as your own private quiet zone where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your Beautology visit. Deposits Please note there is a 50% deposit required for bookings of 2 hours or more. Wedding Make-Up Wedding make-up may be booked up to 6 months prior to your wedding day. A 50% deposit is required to secure any wedding make-up or trial. This is to be paid at time of booking. Final payment is due on the day of your appointment. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel a wedding booking, otherwise the late cancellation fee will be charged. Gift Vouchers Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or products or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. Our late cancellation terms also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at the clinic should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s). Our Right To Cancel If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone, where possible. Refunds We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems. Children Please understand that we cannot accommodate for children under 12, unless supervised by an adult during your treatment. Confidentiality Rest assured that all your Personal Information will be kept strictly confidential. We fully comply with all UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. Payment All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
