ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking, failure to do so may result in your treatment being shorter than scheduled. Check-in is provided at the Active club reception desk; where you will be assigned a personal locker for your use. Please note a completed consultation form will be required prior to receiving treatments - this is to assist us in ensuring you have the best possible outcome and advice from our therapists based on your specific circumstances. WHAT TO BRING? Residents and day guests upon arrival at Riverwood will be provided with a bathrobe, towel and slippers. Please bring your own swimwear. A swimming hat will be required if you intend on using the pool. Swimming hats can be purchased at the Active Club reception. MEDICAL CONDITIONS? We provide consultation forms to assist in determining if there are any contra indications to your desired treatment. It is important that these are completed fully and accurately by you. Should you have any concern please bring this to the attention of your therapist prior to treatment commencement. Please ensure to declare any medical or allergen information fully. ETIQUETTE To ensure all clients benefit from Riverwood s wellness ethos we request that discretion and respect are shown while at Riverwood. All clients are asked to leave their phones in lockers provided upon check-in at our facility. We kindly ask that you also respect fellow guests and treat our waiting area as a quiet room; by refraining from talking loudly or shouting. PRICING Prices quoted are on a per person basis and are correct at time of print. These are subject to alteration without notice. We reserve the right to amend pricing, modify or discontinue treatments (or components thereof) offered without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions presented in this section. CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to other guests, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you should need to cancel your treatment booking. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to present or same day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. THE ACTIVE CLUB The Active Health & Fitness Club facilities are also available to our private members and residents which includes: a 20 meter swimming pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Residents and members are welcome to join any of the club s regular fitness classes (subject to availability).
