Remove after 10 minutes, using plenty of water. Only to be done during the first session of the hydration programme. Spread a layer of the Aqua Plant Mask on a cleansed face and let it act for 20 minutes. 12 THE MASSAGE STEP BY STEP Rub the forehead muscle vertically and horizontally using the flats of the fingers. Gently slide-pinch the forehead using the fingertips. Using the middle finger on each hand, massage outwards using circular movements. Gently pinch the forehead area. With interlinking movements using the index and middle fingers of each hand, smooth the forehead. Smooth and lift the brow area. Gently pinch the brows. Massage the temporal bones with a circular motion and gradual changes of pressure, using the flats of most fingers Gently pinch the area beneath the eyes, working out towards the temple. Lightly tap the entire socket area. Using sweeping strokes, rub between the eyes, down the sides of the nose, and along the cheekbones and cheeks, ending at the temples. Knead the entire cheek area. Glide over the entire lip area. Gently pinch around the mouth. Massage the chin, moving on to gentle pinching and patting

13 07 VITA C MASK 09 AQUA MOISTURIZING DAY/NIGHT CREAM With the application of the massage, the skin s temperature rises slightly. This is the ideal moment to apply the Vita C Mask. 16 THE MASSAGE STEP BY STEP Optionally use "Hot Stones" for this massage. They must be small, smooth and flat. For facials, cold white marble stones are recommended (due to their decongestive effect, at an optimum temperature of approximately 8 C) Apply the Moisturizing Vita C Cream and spread it out dabbing it softly all over the face, neck and neckline. Make soft sliding movements with your fingertips across the forehead, cheeks, chin, neck and neckline. It s important to use average pressure. Using two small stones, start to make alternate smooth movements on the forehead, eyebrows, cheeks and chin. Perform this step three times. The movements should be slow. 06 VITA C MASK With the application of the massage, the skin s temperature rises slightly. This is the ideal moment to apply the Vita C Mask. 19 THE MASSAGE STEP BY STEP Massage around the eyes simultaneously with both hands, following the direction of the eyebrows. Trace a figure of an eight with alternate hands, applying greater pressure above the eyes than below. Rub the muscles above the eyes and in the brow area. Gently pinch above the eyes. Gently pinch above the eye bones with a circular movement using at least two fingers, gradually varying the pressure. Gently pinch below the eyes, alternating with rubbing movements Gently tap around the entire eye area. Place the middle finger of each hand on the chin, using the thumbs to stroke around the eye area in order to drain bags under the eyes and boost circulation, thereby preventing dark circles. End the massage with soothing pressure. This is achieved by using the index and middle fingers (or just the middle fingers in some areas) to press and vibrate the skin lightly at the corners of the eye, the temples and behind the ears. 37

Loss of elasticity and firmness and the skin. 02 RESULTS Sculpted body and lost centimetres, thanks to the fact that adipose tissue can be moulded. During the body sculpting programme, It is very important that clients maintain a healthy diet and do some form of physical exercise (even just walking for 30 minutes). Further, the client should stick with the follow-up treatment at home, as this will greatly help the results of the programme. 24 BODY BODY 03 ENZYMATIC BODY EXFOLIANT In order to leave the skin fully receptive to the treatment, exfoliate thoroughly using the Enzymatic Body Exfoliant and massage with the hands or using a brush. This activates the circulation. Rinse off with warm water. This exfoliation is done during the first session and then every two weeks. During sessions in which we do not exfoliate, we will boost blood flow with a manual massage. BODY SCULPTING GEL Use the Body Sculpting Gel to begin the sculpting massage. 04 AQUA TONIC Tone the skin using Aqua Tonic. This massage should combine the following three optimal techniques in order to obtain a perfect shape: Deep lipolytic massage: achieves good blood circulation in the area to be treated, and helps to dissolve the most stubborn fat Vasoconstriction and lymphatic drainage massage: helps eliminate toxins and excess fluid, whilst relaxing and soothing the area treated and oxygenating the skin Firming massage: promotes a firmer, smoother skin Work the sole of the foot with your thumbs. Concentrate on the malleoli, pressing your thumbs into the inside of the ankle on both legs Slide your hands upwards, pressing halfway up the shins. Slide up to the lower part of the knee. With thumbs remaining on the inside of the knee, turn your wrists, moving the fingers that were on the outside of the leg to the inside. Slide your hands up to the groin, and press with a pumping action The client then crosses one leg over the other, enabling you to work the upper thigh (one at a time). Position yourself opposite the thigh you are working with and massage it with kneading movements. 48 Rub the abdomen using broad strokes to relax the muscles. Knead across the abdomen. Drain the colon using upwards, sideways and downwards strokes. Perform a lymphatic drainage on the abdomen. Move to the back of the legs, working the malleoli and pressing upwards towards the knee. Press the thigh area. Knead across the backs of the thighs. Drain the leg up to the buttock. 49

Perform a lymphatic drainage in the buttock and lower back area. With the client on their side, rub the waist. 07 HYDRATING BODY MILK Finish the treatment with a light massage using Hydrating Body Milk. 04 FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT AT HOME In the morning and in the evening: Related products: Knead with the knuckles and your hands crossed, applying as much pressure as the client can take. Let the client raise a leg and knead the area. Gently knead the entire back if necessary.
