A Credit Card is required to secure appointments. The total amount of treatments scheduled will be charged in full for guests who are a no show or fail to cancel their appointments within a 48 hour time period. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are considered a no show are canceled and charged in full. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2 SPA INFORMATION (continued) SPA ETIQUETTE In order to provide a serene and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and leave all electronics at home. ARRIVAL Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing enough time to enjoy our amenities. As a courtesy to all of our guests your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin on time. WHAT TO WEAR The spa provides robes, slippers and locker room amenities. Please arrive comfortably dressed, but do not bring valuables. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. No additional clothing or towels are required and large gym bags are not permitted. For Hydro therapies please bring a bathing suit. CHILDREN We love children. However, for the relaxation of all our clients we kindly ask that children not accompany you during your treatments. Contact our front desk regarding treatments for adolescents and young adults. GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. RETURNS/EXCHANGES A return/exchange will be made on unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, excluding Image skincare. All sales are final on Image Skincare.

3 SKIN THERAPIES Agota Springs Spa uses Image Skincare, a professional pharmaceutical grade product line which works at a cellular level to diminish fine lines, fade sun damage, increase hydration and stimulate cellular turnover for more youthful looking skin. All lines of Image Skincare are Paraben free, not tested on animals and maintain respect of our environment. Based on analysis of your skin care goals, your Aesthetician will assist you in determining the best facial for your needs. Beautiful skin starts with healthy skin. AGOTA SPRINGS SIGNATURE FACIAL $75 Recommended for all skin types this facial begins with warm steam and deep cleansing. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and extractions are performed. A lymphatic facial massage stimulates circulation and promotes toxin elimination. Hydrating enzyme therapy provides nurturing ingredients and an appropriate serum and moisturizer complete this treatment. ANTI-AGING FACIAL $85 This Facial is perfect if you re looking for the next level in anti-aging. In addition to the steps utilized in our Signature Facial, we boost this treatment with additional anti-aging ingredients including Retinol, Vitamin C & plant derived skin lighteners. Great for aging and mature skin as well as Dry/Dehydrated skin. HYDRATING VITAMIN C FACIAL $75 Deeply hydrating, this treatment combines a medical-grade formulation of Vitamin C with healing plant derived nutrients.
