14 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING A TREATMENT Bookings can be made by telephone or . A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Third party credit cards are not accepted. PAYMENT Payment is required on arrival at the wellness centre reception. Group bookings require payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time for you to complete a consultation form, change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you for your treatment. Please note, all treatment times stated on the brochure include consultation period and aftercare advice. WHAT TO BRING A robe and slippers are provided for your use whilst in the treatment rooms. If you require a robe for your guest bedroom, please contact the hotel reception. We also provide disposable underwear for ladies. Gentlemen will be required to wear swimwear during all treatments. Swimwear is obligatory when using the pool, steam room, sauna or hydrotherapy baths. VALUABLES Please secure your valuables in the lockers we provide. We are unable to take responsibility for any personal items. A charge of 15 will be applied to your account for the loss of any locker key. ETIQUETTE As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience we request that you kindly switch off your electronic devices such as mobile phone/ipads when entering the wellness centre. During treatments, all therapists will use modesty towelling techniques to ensure that guests are comfortable at all times. CHILDREN Treatments and facilities within the wellness centre are only available to persons aged 18 years and over. CONSULTATION FORMS All treatments are carried out subject to a consultation form being completed. Any medical conditions need to be detailed on this form, prior to entering the treatment rooms. If you are pregnant or nursing, please advise the wellness centre in advance as some treatments are not recommended during this period. We are able to offer alternative treatments for mothers-to-be. CANCELLATIONS We would politely request that if you are unable to keep your appointment, you contact the wellness centre 48 hours prior to your treatment. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the treatments booked and for non arrivals, the full cost of the treatments. Group bookings may require 4 weeks notice for cancellation.
