3 FEATURES, DISPENSING & SERVICE SPRAY STATION WALL MOUNTED SPRAY & FOAM DISPENSER DEMA s Spray Station I and II are wall mounted ball-valve-actuated 1 and 2 chemical and rinse systems. The 606T is for 2 chemicals and rinse and the 605T is for 1 chemical and rinse. The units feature easy-to-turn large handles for each product and rinse functions. The unit features an attractive impact resistant ABS cover with large label area for easy product identification. COMPRESSED AIR FOAMERS The 294 models Compressed Air Foamers mix chemical solution with water and air to produce a dry, thick, clinging foam to any vertical or horizontal surface for cleaning large areas and areas that require a foam to penetrate for better cleaning results. The foam consistency is changed easily by adjusting either the air or water pressure. Units require an air compressor and at least 40 psi water pressure to produce quality foam. SAF-T-FLOW SAF-T-FLOW is our closed loop chemical dispensing system that has many benefits to the user. FOAM STATION 1 & 2 COMPRESSED AIR FOAMERS Foam Station Dispensers are wall mounted or cart mounted compressed air foaming systems that use a PVC foamer body, an air pressure gauge with control and 2 on/off ball valves to control water and air flow. WAREWASHING Warewashing dispensers take the time and confusion out of dosing chemical into your dishwasher. Simply turn on, connect chemicals and let the dispenser do the rest. PROPORTIONING Proportioning units supply a solution of chemical and water at a pre-set and consistent rate. Dosing units supply a measured and consistent dose of product for preparing your chemical solutions. They can be used to prepare sinks, bottles buckets and more, they are a neat compact unit. INSTALLATION & SERVICE Symbio Australia has a dedicated team to assist with the setup and ongoing support for clients that use our food processing range products. We can site survey, arrange and complete an onsite installation from wall charts through to dispensing systems. 4 FOOD PROCESSING RANGE ALKALINE DETERGENTS GLADIATOR CHLORINATED ALKALINE FOAMING DETERGENT GLADIATOR is a high foaming chlorinated alkaline liquid detergent / sanitiser combination, suitable for the removal of fat, blood and proteinaceous soils found in the food and meat industries. GLADIATOR is formulated with silicates to provide some soft metal protection, is effective in hard water conditions and rinses streak free. TITAN CHLORINATED ALKALINE FOAMING DETERGENT TITAN is a high foaming chlorinated alkaline liquid detergent / sanitiser combination, suitable for the removal of fat, blood and proteinaceous soils found in the food and meat industries. TITAN rinses streak free. MASTERFOAM GENERAL PURPOSE DETERGENT MASTERFOAM is a high foaming, neutral detergent formulated to remove protein matter, fats and blood in boning rooms and other food processing areas. MAS- TERFOAM is suitable for use on all metals. SOLVE-ALL HEAVY DUTY ALKALINE DEGREASER SOLVE-ALL is a high foaming, heavy duty, alkaline liquid degreaser, effective for the removal of heavily built up soils, grease and carbonaceous deposits from general plant and equipment. SOLVE-ALL is suitable for cleaning food processing equipment, workshop floors, engine room maintenance on trawlers, removal of rubber tyre skid marks and oil stains on concrete and tiled floors. DURAFOAM FOAMING CLEANER DEGREASER DURAFOAM is a high foaming medium duty detergent degreaser for the effective cleaning of food processing establishments such as:- Abattoirs, butcheries, boning rooms, small goods factories, commercial kitchens etc. DURAFOAM is suitable for use on most metals. ALKALI CIP HEAVY DUTY ALKALINE DETERGENT ALKALI CIP is a low foaming, heavy duty alkaline liquid detergent, suitable for CIP and soak tank applications. VIPER HEAVY DUTY ALKALINE DETERGENT VIPER is a heavy duty, medium foaming, alkaline liquid detergent typically used for the cleaning of heavy, baked on deposits from ovens, fryers and smokehouses. WASHTEC LF LOW FOAMING ALKALINE DETERGENT WASHTEC LF is a low foaming, non-chlorinated, alkaline detergent, suitable for use in crate washing, automatic dish washing and CIP cleaning. WASHTEC LF is free rinsing and also suitable for use in hard water areas. CHLORDET LF CHLORINATED ALKALINE DETERGENT CHLORDET LF is a highly effective low foaming chlorinated alkaline liquid detergent for CIP, auto dishwasher and crate-washer applications. CHLORDET LF is free rinsing and handles hard water well. 5 FOOD PROCESSING RANGE ACID CIP NP ACID DETERGENTS LOW FOAMING ACID DETERGENT BLEND ACID CIP NP is a low foaming liquid acid detergent blend, which possesses excellent wetting penetration and brightening properties. ACIDFOAM HIGH FOAMING ACID DETERGENT ACIDFOAM is a high foaming liquid acid cleaner, suitable for the effective removal of water scale and protein stains from processing equipment and surfaces. DETSAN-Q DETERGENT SANITSER BLEND DETSAN-Q is a medium duty, high foaming, detergent sanitiser, suitable for use in all food preparation and storage areas. It is also an ideal product for footbath and doorway foaming applications. DETSAN-Q is ideal for use on fishing vessels where only seawater is available, and at recommended use dilutions, is safe to use on all metals. BULLY HEAVY DUTY ALKALI DETERGENT POWDER BULLY is an economical, heavy duty, moderate foaming, detergent powder, suitable for the effective removal of protein, fats and other contaminants in high temperature CIP maintenance of plant equipment and pipelines. BULLY is suitable for use in the alkaline tank of a hook & roller 5 bath system. ASSET ACID DETERGENT / SANITISER ASSET is a high foaming liquid acid anionic detergent sanitiser. ASSET is suitable for the effective removal of water scale and protein stains from processing equipment and surfaces. H&R ACID ACID BASED RUST REMOVER & DE-SCALER H&R ACID is a low foaming, phosphoric acid based detergent suitable for the effective de-scaling and de-rusting of process equipment and steel meat hooks, rollers, rails and gambrels. H&R ACID also contains corrosion inhibitors for the protection of ferrous metals. 6 FOOD PROCESSING RANGE Q-PLUS SANITISERS BROAD SPECTRUM QUAT SANITISER Q-PLUS is a highly concentrated effective Q.A.C. based sanitiser, ideal for hard surface sanitising in food & beverage processing plants. Q-PLUS is approved as a No Rinse sanitiser when used up to a maximum concentration of 200ppm quat. Q-SAN 400 DUAL CHAIN QUAT SANITISER Q-SAN 400 is an effective dual chain Q.A.C. based sanitiser, ideal for hard surface sanitising in food and beverage processing plants. Q-SAN 400 is approved as a No Rinse sanitiser when used up to a maximum concentration of 400ppm quat. HOOK LUBE SPECIALITY PRODUCTS HOOK LUBE is a ready to use solvent based dewatering agent, ideally suited for use in meat works, boning rooms and small goods factories, for dewatering meat hooks, gambrels and rollers in a bath application. SHINE MINERAL OIL BASED FILMING AGENT SHINE is a mineral based filming agent used to prevent rust build-up on ferrous metals. ANTIFOAM FG DE-FOAMING AGENT Food grade de-foaming agent.
