SPA POLICY To enhance your spa experience please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to enjoy the sauna and steam room facilities prior to your treatments. Respect other guests in their treatments by keeping noise to a minimum in the spa area. Please wear the robe that is provided in your room to the spa. CANCELLATION POLICY Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If you are a no show to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM BENEFITS Regular sauna and steam room use can promote relaxation of the mind, body and soul.
