2 EDUCATI ON TERMS & CONDI TI ONS General Guidance: We recommend you try to book education courses as soon as possible as places may be limited and early booking will reserve your place. Are they the right model for you? Please remember, that to achieve the true objectives for the education session, you need to ensure your models are in tune with what you would like to achieve. If an educator feels the service may compromise the model?s hair then they may decline to offer the service. To ensure the very best results can be achieved for you and your model, it?s important that the hair condition and porosity of each model is suitable for any proposed services. Prices & Paym ent : All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to VAT. A deposit of 50 must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the course cost must be paid 3 weeks prior to the course start date. If the balance is not received at this point, your place will not be guaranteed. You will then receive your booking confirmation, however if you do not receive this confirmation please check with our course co-ordinator before attending and this can be posted or ed to you. Cancellat ion of courses by Phoenix: Phoenix may cancel any course if a minimum number of bookings are not received. If Phoenix has cancelled a training course the fee(s) will be refunded. Phoenix is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation. Cancellat ion of bookings by you: For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the event.
