6 Conditions of treatment To avoid disappointment we recommend all treatments are booked in advance at Wren s Club reception. All bookings require pre - payment or your credit card details as a guarantee. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A cancellation charge of the full value of the treatment will be taken, unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Clients must fill out a medical consultation form before the treatments commence. Courses of bookings and gift vouchers will be valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All prices include the current rate of VAT. Travel Information By Road The Wren s Club is easily accessible from the M25, M3 and M4 motorways. The nearest exit is junction 6 of the M4. Follow the signs to Windsor Town Centre. By Air The club is 15 minutes from Heathrow and 45 minutes from Gatwick. By Rail The club is a three-minute walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside station, which has 40 mins direct service from London Waterloo, and a 5 mins walk from Windsor Central station.
